Gift Card Details
Gift cards are delivered by email right away. You'll receive one email with the gift card code, and then a second email with lots of printable goodies to turn your gift card into an epic gift giving experience.
You can either email them the gift card, or print any of the free printable gift cards.

How does the recipient get their gift?
Simply select the amount you would like and the gift voucher code will be sent via e-mail. You can forward the e-mail to the recipient if you'd like to save paper, or print out one of our free printable gift cards.
She can fill out their own shipping address and size or length she needs, as well as choose her birthstones and design. Once she's redeemed her gift voucher, we’ll get started on that special piece.
When it's ready, the recipient will receive photos of the finished piece for the final approval. Then we'll ship the package, gift wrapped in our signature jewelry box.
How long will it take for them to receive the gift?
Once the gift voucher is redeemed, we’ll get started on the custom ring or necklace. This usually takes 6 to 8 weeks. Shipping normally takes around 3 days to a week.
Which birthstones can the recipient choose from when they redeem their gift?
All birthstones that are currently in stock for our custom birthstone rings are available for birthstone ring gift vouchers. Some birthstones (like diamonds) are higher priced. If you know they'd like one of the higher priced birthstones, we can adjust the gift card value for you. There's a $20 price increment if you'd like to add a coin or tag to be engraved for a custom birthstone necklace. Please email us before placing your order if you'd like a different value gift voucher.
Can I return a gift voucher or the finished jewelry?
Unused gift vouchers can be returned within 14 days. Custom jewelry is non-refundable from within 24 hours of placing the order. However, if you're not happy with the design when you receive the photos, we can still make changes.
Can the recipient exchange the gift for something else?
The gift voucher can also be used towards any other piece of jewelry on our website. Finished custom jewelry can't be exchanged, as it's made especially to order.
How about shipping?
$20 shipping credit is included in the gift card. This is enough to ship to Asia, USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia or New Zealand.

I dreamed of owning a hexagon diamond ring by Gardens of the Sun, years before my proposal. When it became my time to design my custom set, the team could not have been more helpful in creating a unique piece of wearable art. Maharani suggested a silver wedding band with blue sapphires to compliment my hexagon salt & pepper diamond ring set in gold - and while I had not originally envisioned my gold ring with a silver band, I was truly blown away by the end result! The rings just fit together so perfectly, and compliment each other in the most gorgeous way. I get compliments daily on how beautiful my ring set is! Like every good love story, we wanted our wedding and engagement rings to be unique and true to the love that inspired them. That's a lot to ask of jewelry, and I truly believe that Gardens of the Sun is the only company that could live up to that lofty vision.
